Electrical

Owner's electrician

Your licensed electrician brings a dedicated circuit to the sauna location and leaves a 6 ft whip. We do the heater and control hookup inside the sauna.

Simple

+$675

Sauna in the same structure as the panel (garage, basement or interior room). Most infrared saunas run on a 120V / 20A household circuit; higher-demand units need no more than a 30A circuit. Panel has an open slot and spare capacity. Run of 40 ft or less through accessible attic, crawlspace or open framing. No trenching, no exterior work.

Standard

+$1,300

Outdoor or detached sauna. Up to a 30A circuit. Up to 60 ft total run, including up to 25 ft of trench or exterior conduit. Exterior disconnect at the sauna. Panel must have an open slot and capacity.

Extensive

From $1,850 · quoted after site visit

Subpanel at the sauna, more than 60 ft total or more than 25 ft of trench, boring under concrete or a driveway, a full panel, multiple circuits (sauna + plunge + lighting), or commercial. Service or panel upgrades are quoted separately.

Not sure which fits? Pick the closest one — we confirm the electrical scope at the site visit before your final quote.
