Before you spec it
Who pulls the permit — us or ChillFire?
Either. When the GC is running the project, the GC typically pulls the permit. If you'd rather hand it off, we can pull any permits the sauna needs.
What electrical service does a ChillFire sauna require?
Standard residential units run on a dedicated 240V circuit. Commercial and multi-unit installs may require 208V 3-phase service. We confirm exact load requirements from your blueprint before you frame — you never guess at the rough-in.
How long does installation take once the space is framed?
About two weeks from framed space to finished sauna.
What do repeat GC partners get?
Extended warranty coverage. Repeat partners can hand the sauna's warranty off to us long term, so your team never has to field a sauna warranty call.
What's the warranty on the heater and equipment?
Our warranties mirror the equipment manufacturer's. Manufacturing defects and standard warranty terms are fully covered by us. Coverage is usually about 5 years and varies by the equipment selected.
