Will a Sauna Work on Your Property?

Most sauna installations are more straightforward than people expect. We design every ChillFire sauna around your available space, electrical access, and how you plan to use it—so there are no surprises.

Typical placements include: Backyards, gardens, and patios, existing decks (load evaluated if needed), indoor spaces like basements or garages

Most saunas fit within 6’×6’ to 8’×10’ footprints or smaller and run on standard residential electrical service. We help clarify power, placement, and any HOA or permit considerations before you commit.

A short site visit usually answers feasibility questions quickly.

FAQ

  • If you’re interested in installing a sauna at your property, you can reach out to us by submitting your contact info at the bottom of this page so we can discuss your specific install conditions and help you select the correct model. In many cases, we prefer a site visit to connect with you, the space, and the scope of the project.

    During this visit, we will determine if it will be a standard install or if there is additional site prep needed.

    Once we have your site mapped out, we will help you select a specific sauna unit and any accessories.

    Once the details are finalized, we take a 50% deposit to cover the material costs. From the time of ordering, it is usually 2-4 weeks to receive materials, and a standard installation takes about 2-3 days.

    Once complete, we will test and walk you through the operation of your sauna and provide you with an informational packet to help get you started.

    Following the installation, we will be fully available to support you, should any questions or issues arise.

  • Sauna has been shown to support health by lowering the risks for heart disease, neurodegenerative disease such as Alzheimers, and by reducing inflammation, improving recovery from muscle soreness, and more.

  • Sauna is recognized in the medical community to be very effective at supporting the treatment of a wide variety of diseases and conditions. With a doctor’s recommendation you could write off a large portion of the install expense and save.

  • Saunas have no moving parts or pumps, seals, or otherwise, and are very simple mechanically to maintain. There are no harsh chemicals to handle or soak in.

  • We are locally owned and operated and, are owner operators, meaning we are in the field, talking to our customers, and ensuring every install is executed at the highest level. We specialize in sauna, and can advise and support you through your whole journey of being a sauna owner and help guide on sometimes ephemeral technical details.

    We also stand by our work. In good faith, we automatically offer a 90 day limited service warranty to ensure proper operation of each install.

  • Each install comes with a 90 day limited service warranty as well as a limited manufacturer’s warranty. All covered through Chillfire Saunas.
