1. Choose your Kit

Select from the best sauna kits on the market that balance value with quality, durability, and aesthetics. Add a cold plunge, red light unit, shower or other desired features. Give us a call to talk details and arrange for a site visit, or reach out to us to schedule an appointment to come experience our demo sauna at our shop on Highway 412.

2. Plan the Build

Our site visit confirms the details and finalizes the budget. We carefully evaluate your existing conditions to guide you in what’s needed to fulfil your vision. This is where additional feaures like decks, conrete patios, landscaping and other elements of the wellness space are considered and planned for. We have found a handful of upgrades that we offer take the sauna kit experience to the next level, which we will discuss on site. Read more about our upgrades and processes here.

3. Build and Enjoy

The exciting stage - a deposit secures your place on the schedule and allows us to order materials. When your day comes, we show up with everythig preinspected and ready to build. We keep a tight schedule and clear communication as we construct your complete wellness space. Before we leave, we walk you through everything you need to know for an exceptional first use.

Thermally Modified Wood - The process of thermal modification transforms wood using heat and steam—no chemicals—resulting in a material that is exceptionally stable, moisture-resistant, and naturally resistant to rot and decay. It dramatically reduces warping, cupping, and movement, even in the extreme heat and humidity cycles of a sauna. The result is wood that feels refined, smells clean, ages beautifully, and holds its shape year after year. It is hands down the best material to use in a sauna. Plus, it’s good for the planet.

Making the Best Better

In house upgrades - We have found a handful of upgrades that we offer take the sauna kit experience to the next level. We offer aftermarket ventilation packages, lighting installs, and exterior upgrades that will lengthen the lifespan of your sauna and take the experience of using it to the next level. FAQ

  • If you’re interested in installing a sauna at your property, you can reach out to us by submitting your contact info at the bottom of this page so we can discuss your specific install conditions and help you select the correct model. In many cases, we prefer a site visit to connect with you, the space, and the scope of the project.

    During this visit, we will determine if it will be a standard install or if there is additional site prep needed.

    Once we have your site mapped out, we will help you select a specific sauna unit and any accessories.

    Once the details are finalized, we take a 50% deposit to cover the material costs. From the time of ordering, it is usually 2-4 weeks to receive materials, and a standard installation takes about 2-3 days.

    Once complete, we will test and walk you through the operation of your sauna and provide you with an informational packet to help get you started.

    Following the installation, we will be fully available to support you, should any questions or issues arise.

  • Sauna has been shown to support health by lowering the risks for heart disease, neurodegenerative disease such as Alzheimers, and by reducing inflammation, improving recovery from muscle soreness, and more.

  • Sauna is recognized in the medical community to be very effective at supporting the treatment of a wide variety of diseases and conditions. With a doctor’s recommendation you could write off a large portion of the install expense and save.

  • Saunas have no moving parts or pumps, seals, or otherwise, and are very simple mechanically to maintain. There are no harsh chemicals to handle or soak in.

  • We are locally owned and operated and, are owner operators, meaning we are in the field, talking to our customers, and ensuring every install is executed at the highest level. We specialize in sauna, and can advise and support you through your whole journey of being a sauna owner and help guide on sometimes ephemeral technical details.

    We also stand by our work. In good faith, we automatically offer a 90 day limited service warranty to ensure proper operation of each install.

  • Our saunas are warranted from 5 years to lifetime depending on the manufacturer and equipment selected.
